About me

Problems with our shoulders, elbows or hands can have significant impact on our ability to work, play the sports or hobbies we love and even do the most simple of daily tasks. Pain, weakness or stiffness can restrict our freedom and limit how we interact with the world around us.

I am a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in Shoulder, elbow and hand surgery. Listening and understanding how your problem affects your life is essential to effective treatment, a philosophy I have built my practice around.

My focus is to diagnose and treat your condition to the highest standard, using contemporary, evidence based methods. I have completed specialist fellowship training in prestigious orthopaedic units around the world following my higher surgical training in the Bristol region.
I specialise in the diagnosis and management of conditions of the shoulder, elbow and hand using contemporary open and arthroscopic surgical techniques.

My NHS practice is based at the Bristol Royal Infirmary and North Bristol NHS Trusts. Privately, I consult and operate in the Spire Hospital Bristol and Nuffield Hospital, Bristol.
