About me

I support children, young people, parents and carers, families, schools and communities through an integrated approach using psychodynamic psychotherapy and child, community and educational psychology. I love working with individuals, groups and organisations. You may want to focus on exploring and healing past life experiences, understanding present ones and planning for the future. We can weave between the three organically as I work therapeutically, psychologically and life coaching style in response to empowering your voice, bolstering your self esteem and self care, highlighting your strengths and supporting your arising needs.

I am a dedicated, compassionate and dynamic Child, Community and Educational Psychologist and Child, Adolescent and Family Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, trained at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I am also a trained EMDR trauma therapist and a qualified teacher. I provide integrative and individualised interventions and assessments.
