About me

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Family Therapist who has practiced for 27 years.

I have a private practice, predominantly for adults. I have also worked in various other settings, including schools, both mainstream and specialist. My therapy includes children, adolescents, adults and families.

Over the years I have had experience of working with anxiety, depression, addictions, weight issues, bereavement , self esteem , relationship issues and work related stress.

I also have a wealth of experience with ADHD, Autism, Physical Disability and Life Limiting Conditions.

Areas of interest

My Private Practice serves mainly adults, as most of my work is virtual, which is not always best suited to children.

I am also qualified in CBT, which I prefer to use in conjunction with counselling , as I find that this can lead to a more effective long term outcome.
