About me

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Family Therapist who has practiced for 27 years.

I have worked in many settings, including schools, both mainstream and specialist, and in private practice.My therapy includes children, adolescents, adults and families.

Over the years I have had experience of working with anxiety, depression, addictions, weight issues, bereavement , self esteem , relationship issues and work related stress.

I also have a wealth of experience with ADHD, Autism, Physical Disability and Llife Limiting Conditions.

Areas of interest

Age ranges from Primary School to Older Adults.

My work with younger children would include conjunction with parents if/when appropriate, and I work in a child friendlyand creative way to suit each individual.

I enjoy working with all children, including neurodiverse issues such as ADHD and Autism.

Adolescents , young and older adults might work in a slightly different way. I work with depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, relationship issues , neurodiverse issues, again in a way to suit the individual, after ascertaining appropriate background information needed in order to work effectively.
