I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My career has encompassed diverse and meaningful roles, including working within NHS community mental health teams, where I supported individuals with severe and enduring mental health challenges, and spending a decade specializing in addiction recovery at an NHS rehabilitation facility. Currently, I work as a psychotherapist for the NHS in Hertfordshire and provide tailored support through my private practice. Additionally, I have two years of experience as a bereavement counsellor in a hospice, offering compassionate care to those navigating the complexities of loss."
