About me
I am a Counselling Psychologist and Cognitive Analytic Therapist with extensive experience supporting adults facing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. I offer psychological assessment and therapy for anxiety, depression, low self?esteem, work?related stress, trauma, mood fluctuations, and challenges within relationships. I also have specialist expertise in trauma, childhood maltreatment, and long?standing relational patterns.
My approach is tailored to each person's individual needs. I draw on current research and a range of therapeutic models.
I work relationally, paying close attention to the patterns that show up both in your life and within the therapeutic relationship itself. This can offer powerful insight into how difficulties are maintained and how change becomes possible. I aim to create a safe, open, and supportive space where it feels possible to talk about what is difficult and explore new ways of relating to yourself, others, and your struggles.
I offer a free 20?minute consultation to help us decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
