About me

Availability: weekday mornings only via video link, no in person sessions and no after hours or weekend slots.

Our work together in therapy focuses on how you can best navigate emotions and engage in meaningful activity when experiencing uncertainty and adversity.

We aim to understand how your life experiences shape the way you perceive things, and how you want things to change.

We look at what you are doing and not doing that might be interfering with good mental health and set specific positive change goals.

Most of the therapy is done by the client between sessions. The aim is moving toward flexibility and improved quality of life.

Your own values and goals are at the basis of the work. We problem solve difficult situations and aim to increase your confidence in your ability to do well in future.
