About me

I specialise in treating eating disorders (ED) in young people (adolescents) and working-age adults. I have post-qualification specialist training in treating ED presentations such as anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorders. Further, I have worked in non-psychosis and psychosis pathways in the NHS, so I feel competent in working with other complex presentations such as psychosis, severe anxiety- and mood-related disorders (such as OCD, BPD, EUPD), and trauma-based difficulties. I am also trained in EMDR, compassion focused therapy (CFT), and CBT for psychosis.
