About me
I specialize in endocrine parathyroid and thyroid surgery and also groin hernias and umbilical hernias. I am the lead and highest volume surgeon in a high volume NHS hernia service in Central London and specialize in mini-incision open mesh repairs. I perform cosmetic reconstructions of the umbilicus after umbilical hernia repair. I perform robotic repairs of hernia using Da Vinci surgical robots.
My other main specialisation is in Endocrine surgery and I lead a high volume endocrine surgery service in Chelsea operating on thyroid, parathyroid and adrenals (Robotically laparoscopically). For the thyroid surgery I see patients and operate if they require thyroidectomy or partial thyroidectomy for goitres, thyrotoxicosis and thyroid cancer. I operate and remove parathyroid glands for patients with hypercalcaemia and hyperparathyroidism.
I assess and remove lesions in the salivary glands.
I am happy to perform intermediate surgery on lipomas and skin lesions.

I perform laparoscopic adrenal surgery and have done many hundreds of laparoscopy for other abdominal conditions. .
