About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, sad or anxious? I am available to support you to explore and share your experiences to help make sense of them. I am able to offer therapy that suits you; around home-working or juggling a family. I am offering face to face, online, or phone counselling. There maybe other aspects of your life that you may want support with, such as; relationship difficulties, self esteem, feeling overwhelmed by modern day issues, work challenges, becoming a new parent. I am experienced in offering support with addiction, dual diagnosis, supporting prenatal and postnatal women affected by fertility issues.
I am an experienced therapist offering an integrative approach to work towards your therapeutic goals. I am able to use some CBT strategies. I have over ten years experience working with issues such as; anxiety, depression, low mood, addiction, stress and fertility issues. I am offering face to face appointments and secure video conferencing for online appointments. I am able to be flexible and I work within person centered framework and model, focusing on developing a therapeutic relationship, building trust allowing us to work towards your therapeutic goals.
