About me

I have over 15 years’ experience gained in a variety of settings such as NHS, outpatient and inpatient CAMHS, outpatient and inpatient adult settings, primary and secondary schools where I worked with children with learning difficulties and also my private practice.
I am a person centred and compassionate person that strongly believes that each person holds a potential for recovery and self-discovery regardless of their life experiences, clinical diagnosis or traumatic sufferings.
My priority is to validate each individual and to help them to reconnect with their strengths and inner self.

Areas of interest

I work with all age ranges and with a variety of presentations such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, attachment disorders, autistic spectrum conditions. I also conduct ADHD assessments and ADHD skills based interventions.
I offer an integrative approach which means that I am able to utilize a variety of techniques that better suit the individual's needs. This may include CBT informed principles, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic intervention, Trauma Narrative and principles of Positive Psychology.
