About me
Progress means change, rehearsing new ways of thinking or a range of strategies to iterate development safely. The result, a genuine approach for you to always find a better way forward. My goal is to provide you with a strong mental platform and the skills to help you keep your life in reach.
In my practice, I rely on eclectic CBT interventions (including acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectic behavioural therapy and schema therapy), this way implementing an effective and intuitive psychological framework.
I am a BPS chartered psychologist, HCPC-registered in clinical, counselling, health and occupational psychology. I work with all psychopathologies, using an evidence-based approach suitable for individuals, couples and families.
My academic background allows me to wear the scientist practitioner's hat across contexts. I provide psychotherapy, counselling, coaching as well as consultancy for promoting wellbeing at the workplace. I rely on the latest quality standards e.g. NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence), to emphasize the best course of treatment, making sure you are able to acquire relevant skills you can easily transfer in your daily life.
Meet me at the crossroads between possibility and opportunity. Learn to create a less challenging present for a more fulfilling future.
