About me
I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist who can work with children and adults through various mental health difficulties, although my main speciality is trauma. I am passionate about supporting people to rebuild their identity and develop coping skills after difficult experiences. I recognise that mental health is impacted by our beliefs about ourselves and the world, negative thinking patterns, but also everyday triggers and what we have gone through in our lives. I believe in a trauma-informed, non-blaming approach, validating that people are impacted by what may have happened to them, not what is �wrong� with them.
