About me

Miss Petya Doncheva is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and Fertility specialist at Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals, part of Frimley Health NHS Trust.

She trained in London, having worked at King’s College Hospital and St George’s University Hospital amongst others. Miss Doncheva completed advanced specialist training in Subfertility & Reproductive Health, Early Pregnancy & Acute Gynaecology and Hysteroscopic Surgery. She also completed a clinical fellowship in IVF and Infertility at the Assisted Conception Unit at Guy’s Hospital, London.

Miss Doncheva manages women with a wide range of gynaecological problems and couples with infertility problems and recurrent miscarriages. She provides Assisted Conception Services and wide range of procedures including 3D gynaecological ultrasound, tubal assessment (HyCoSy), diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy (including outpatient hysteroscopy).
She is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (RCOG), the European Society of Human Reproduction & Embryology (ESHRE) and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (ISUOG).
