About me
Online evidence-based therapies for strong professionals in high-responsibility roles facing burnout or trauma. Regain control, improve confidence and feel like yourself again.
Are you in a role where pressure or exposure to trauma is just 'part of the job'? You're relied upon to step in when others wouldn't, but lately it's felt a struggle. You're still functioning, but have noticed you can't switch off, struggle to sleep and things that never bothered you, are. You feel stuck in a cycle, but asking for help feels like defeat. Burnout isn't weakness.
Repeated exposure to stress or trauma accumulates in the body, and even the most resilient of people will experience the impact of being on high alert for too long. That shift can feel unnerving when your identity is built around competence and coping.
I work primarily with professionals in demanding environments experiencing cumulative stress, trauma exposure or burnout. I have experience working within the NHS and emergency services, so I understand the culture of responsibility, high standards and quiet endurance that makes asking for support feel impossible.
Whatever your goal, my approach is warm, structured and practical. I use evidence-based methods to help you understand and gently shift the thinking patterns and survival strategies that once helped but may no longer be serving you. This may include perfectionism, second guessing decisions or self-criticism. We will process trauma safely and at a manageable pace, supporting your nervous system to settle and restoring a sense of stability.
Online appointments available on weekday evenings. Get in touch via email, and you can see whether working together feels right.
