About me

I am a clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience. I am currently working full time in private practice. I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents, as well as parental counselling.

I offer face-to-face appointments in the evening, and during office hours at my North London based private practice, close to the Parliament Hill side of Hampstead Heath. I also have some online video appointments available during the day.

Training, qualifications & experience:

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a clinical psychologist, and I am also registered as a chartered psychologist (CPsychol) with the British Psychological Society (BPS).

My most recent substantive NHS post was working was working as a lead psychologist at an adult health psychology service in a NHS teaching hospital. I worked in this role for 5 years.

The specialized service that I led offered therapy to adults and young adults with a range of psychological difficulties that included depression, anxiety, impulsivity, psycho sexual difficulties, relationship difficulties, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder

I have also worked as a senior clinical psychologist at a NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).

I have 7 years of experience working as an affiliate clinical psychologist for a large employee wellness company in South Africa offering clinical support to corporate employees.

I have specialist trauma training and worked at the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation (CSVR) in 2005 as an intern psychologist in Johannesburg during my clinical training.
