About me

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist and I work as an associate for Kingston Psychology Clinic. I am fully registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). I only work with clients aged 16 years old and above.

I have twelve years of clinical experience, within both the private sector and the NHS. I have worked with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression and stress. I have also worked with young people and their families in multiple settings including schools, social care and the NHS.

I have many years experience working clinically with childhood and developmental trauma and has completed further trainings in this area, as well as in ‘attachment’ theories and models. I have also worked extensively with people who have social communication difficulties, often related to Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

I draw on a range of therapeutic models when working with clients. These include; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Psychodynamic Therapy, particularly in terms of attachment relationships and developmental trauma.

I offer clients a safe space to explore the challenges they are facing, to develop a better understanding of themselves and to work towards living a life more in line with their values and goals. I offer both short and long-term therapeutic interventions, guided by the individual needs of her clients. I offer weekly appointments on Wednesday mornings and Thursday afternoons.
