I have been working as a counsellor for more than 25 years, I believe change is possible, whether that be through learning to create desired change, perhaps through self exploration, by finding clarity or possibly by working towards self made goals, or perhaps by coming to a place of acceptance and understanding or life events. I offer a safe space for you to explore your feelings, concerns and experiences without judgement or agenda.
