I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with more than 27 years experience working with individuals and couples seeking change. I offer non judgemental support in a safe and compassionate environment.
I believe Change is Possible whether it be created by learning to implement strategies for coping and thriving, finding clarity, or perhaps by coming to a place of acceptance and understanding of life events. I offer a safe space for you to explore your feelings, hopes, concerns and experiences without judgement or agenda.
