About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 20 years experience in the NHS as both a senior practitioner and researcher. I am passionate about and committed to supporting individuals who wish to learn about themselves and overcome their mental health struggles. I have specialised in working with individuals who have endured trauma, those who suffer with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, as well as individuals with broader more life long and relational struggles. I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Schema Therapist (ST). I am also an accredited teacher/trainer of schema therapy (ST) meaning I can supervise individuals pursuing their own schema therapy training (www.schematherapyschool.co.uk).
