About me

I am a BACP-accredited therapist with experience of working in bereavement, alcohol misuse. NHS primary care and in private practice since 2014.

By building a trusting relationship with my clients, and drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques, I am able to help explore and examine their current issues and difficulties, with the aim of providing renewed hope, understanding, empowerment and choices.

Some of the work is quite structured and focused on agreed goals while other clients suit a longer term, more intuitive approach, particularly if their issues are more complex. The majority of my clients feel real benefit after 6-12 sessions. Get in touch and we can have a phone conversation or arrange an initial session.
