About me

I work with children, young people, families and adults presenting with a range psychological difficulties including anxiety, behavioural difficulties, low mood, relationship difficulties and experience of trauma.

I have an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a range of psychological models and theories including cognitive behaviour therapy, behavioural therapy, systemic working and attachment theory. I like to tailor interventions to individual need.
