About me

I am a Senior Accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and have over 20 years experience both in working in a large GP surgery and my own private practice in the centre of the beautiful market town of Saffron Walden I am also a supervisor and mental health assessor.
I work from a Person Centred approach offering a very supportive and relaxed environment in order to help people work through what is troubling them.
