About me

In my sessions, I invite you to experiment with new behaviour, whilst I provide safety, confidentiality and knowledge. I adapt my treatment to your learning style and I focus on integrating multiple aspects of life. There is ample room for thoroughly releasing old patterns and healing old pain, as well as any aspects that me be transgenerational and therefore not yours. When the root has been pulled out, the change is that much easier. Nothing is silly and nothing is weird; everything you're struggling with comes from somewhere and has a valid reason to be there.
