About me

I am a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience in the NHS and private healthcare. I specialise in helping children and adults overcome a wide range of complex mental health issues, including mood disorders (such as depression or bipolar disorders), anxiety disorders (such as OCD, social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias and panic), single-event and complex trauma, anger and more. I also have a great deal of experience working with neurodevelopmental difference. I provide a non-judgemental, down-to-earth approach and passion for creating a safe, supportive environment to empower clients to achieve lasting positive change.

I am a registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS), Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and a member of EMDR UK. I complete 3 yearly DBS checks and receive regular clinical supervision.

Areas of interest

I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist from the University of Oxford and have worked in a range of NHS and private healthcare companies since. These have included services for perinatal mental health, children and young people, adult community mental health teams and within specialist trauma pathways.
