About me
I have five decades experience in work with Families, couples and individuals and wider systems. My core professional training was in Mental Health I have worked in both inpatient and community settings with older people, adults, and children. Through a systemic approach I work with people to people create more positive relationships understand patterns that constrain leading to the development of more helpful ways of coping with adversity. Application of Systemic thinking and practice informs all that I do.
