About me

I am a General Adult Psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience, having assessed and managed almost all aspects of Mental Health difficulties.
In addition to my private practice, I am currently working as an NHS Consultant in Essex.
I am awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Psychiatrist as acknowledgement to the contributions to care for patients and to the profession.
I am an Honorary Visiting Senior Clinical Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University.
I have a Post-graduate Certificate in Psychotherapy, obtained from Warwick University.
I have extensive experience in managing wide range of presentations of mental disorders affecting adults of working age. I am psychologically minded, as I had training in psychotherapy; as well as staying updated in all biological aspects of mental disorders with confidence in prescribing. I am also a member of the British Association of Psychopharmacology.
