About me

My name is Dr Anna Lose and I am a qualified Chartered Clinical Psychologist, with over 10 years of experience working within the NHS and privately.

I offer therapy services to adults, children, and families with a wide range of difficulties and concerns. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals of different age groups and in a variety of settings, including in people’s homes, schools, NHS clinics, and on inpatient wards.

I have experience of helping people with difficulties, such as anxiety, stress, depression/low mood, phobias, OCD, body image issues, relationship and family difficulties, and others. I also have experience of working with adults and children with health conditions, including, but not limited to, chronic pain, asthma, and difficulties related to cranioplasty, gastroenterology, orthopaedic issues, and burns.

I work integratively, finding the approach that suits the individual most, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based therapies, and systemically- and psychodynamically-informed approaches.

I offer training and supervision to organisations and individuals too, including topics such as stress-management, identification of mental health difficulties, supporting emotional well-being, and other.

I know that finding the right therapist and starting therapy can be not an easy process, so I will be very happy to support you with it. I look forward to speaking with you.
