About me

I'm a Trauma and Orthopaedic Consultant based at Cambridge University Hospitals with private practice privileges at the Nuffield Health Cambridge and BMI St Edmunds Hospital. I treat conditions of the hip and knee, specialising in hip replacement, revision hip surgery, knee replacement and arthroscopy.
I completed my specialist orthopaedic training on the Cambridge rotation, then undertook one of the country's highest-volume complex revision hip fellowships at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. I'm trained in all aspects of standard and complex primary and revision hip replacements including custom and 3D printed implants. I also augmented my training with multiple visits to various centres of excellence in the UK and Europe such as the Endo Klinik in Germany.
In addition to my clinical work, I'm passionate about research and education, I have contributed to multiple national trials as a principal investigator. I have also written numerous articles and book chapters, and regularly present my research findings at international conferences. I also represent my region in the British Hip Society Revision Hip Network advisory panel.
