About me
I'm Systemic and Family Psychotherapist and provide professional, confidential psychotherapy for individuals or families.
I work for the Government of Jersey as a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist in the Children and Families Hub Service, and run a small private practice for families and individuals.
I'm registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Jersey Care Commission. I am a member of the Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice (AFT).
Systemic and family therapy can help family members understand each other better and improve relationships and communication. It draws on individual and collective strengths and resources to support positive change.
Family therapy also supports individuals to make sense of family patterns and their relationships.
Areas of interest
Relationships; parenting and family problems; neurodiversity in families; family therapy in adoptive or foster families; bereavement, grief and loss; palliative / life limiting illness support; stress and burnout.
