About me
I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am bound by the codes of ethics and practice of these professional bodies and I am involved in an ongoing programme of continuing professional development. I am also in regular supervision for all of my clinical work. I offer a safe and confidential space to discuss your difficulties.
I have worked in the NHS for a total of 20 years, specialising in the field of Adult Mental Health, for adults with severe and longstanding mental health problems. I have offered psychological therapy for a wide range of mental health problems with a high degree of complexity. I worked with individuals from a wide range of ethnic, cultural, religious, educational and socioeconomic backgrounds.
I offer individual therapy for adults from the age of 18 upwards. I use a broad range of interventions in order to tailor a therapy plan meeting your particular needs and helping you make the desired changes as quickly as possible.
