About me

I am a HCPC and BPS registered chartered counselling psychologist who retrained after 13 years working within the financial services industry. I have experience working with substance use/addiction, depression, stress, imposter syndrome, boundary difficulties, trauma, abuse, personality disorders, self-harm, and many more.

I am a consultant psychologist to a variety of global corporations in the fields of banking, insurance and media offering brief psychological interventions for senior leaders and team members to enhance performance and wellbeing. My background of working within demanding global firms and psychological expertise is a perfect fit for individuals dealing with burn-out, substance use, lax boundaries, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, self-esteem alongside anxiety and depression.

In my private practice I also specialise in working with corporate individuals struggling to enage with psychotherapy, boundary difficulties, masculinity and men's mental health issues. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, particularly gay men, addressing issues related to gender, masculinity, and men's mental health.

A primary driver that facilitates real change is my ability to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with clients. This stems from working extensively with substance users where I quickly became interested in understanding rather than judging people's actions and behaviours.

I have trained in several evidence-based psychological approaches enabling me to offer specialist interventions tailored to your needs using existential, psychodynamic, EMDR and CBT therapies.

Please get in touch to discuss your therapy needs.
