About me

Hi. My name is Joseph Tyson-Adams, and I am a Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and EMDR (trauma therapy) practitioner, having worked within the NHS over the last 20 years, currently as a Senior Psychological Therapist. If you are suffering from past trauma, depressive or anxiety issues, I am here to help. I have worked with clients to improve their mental health and reclaim their lives. I would find it a huge privilege and pleasure to join you on your journey towards addressing your issues and achieving your goals. We offer a free telephone consultation to explore the issues affecting you and discuss what support we could offer.
I have specialist experience delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & EMDR, working with people suffering depression, trauma & anxiety disorders including; panic, generalised anxiety (excess worry), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety, social anxiety, phobias & stress. I also work with sleep difficulties & low self-esteem issues.
What ever you are struggling with or going through, you don't have to do it alone. We at North East Therapy Network are here to help. We offer a free initial telephone consultation, to help identify the issues and your needs, so we can support you to achieve your goals. We want you to thrive, with North East Therapy Network.
