I’m a Clinical Health Psychologist specialising in women’s midlife health and the menopause transition. I provide evidence-based support, working from a biopsychosocial perspective.
My approach is holistic and firmly based in the latest evidence, with a strong emphasis on living a menopause-friendly lifestyle. I will help you make sense of your experience and learn ways to better manage troublesome symptoms. But I will also help you develop a new and closer relationship with your mind and body, so that you can work with your biology and find your way to health and vitality, both now and in the years to come.
