About me
Siobhan is a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast surgeon appointed to the Royal Hampshire County Hospital Winchester in 2001 and manages all aspects of breast disease surgery. She qualified from The Royal Free Hospital, London and trained in surgery in Bristol and Wessex. She has an interest in research and education with appointments including; clinical tutor to the BM4 program for 12 years, College tutor and educational supervisor. She is currently Research clinical lead for Hampshire Hospitals NHS trust and actively participates in breast cancer research. She has also developed her own research projects into 3D non invasive breast volume measurement, attitudes of men to breast development, symptom profile of Tamoxifen and has co-authored numerous publications on the outcomes of breast cancer surgery. Services provided include breast symptom assessment and clinical examination, treatment and surgery for benign breast problems, breast cancer surgery and advice including immediate and delayed reconstruction and restorative surgery
