About me

Hello and welcome! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile and inquiring about therapy treatment. I'm happy that you reached out for help. I am Bradley, a licensed/accredited CBT/DBT/Trauma psychotherapist/Counsellor practicing in the UK with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts & trauma, abuse and many other psychological and behavioural issues.

I am trained in a number of Modalities of Talking Therapy such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/REBT/SST/OAAT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Trauma Treatments, working with Personality Disorders & Borderline Personality Disorders (BPD/EUPD), Neurodiversity Disorders and more.
I am also a Life and Personal Development (CBC) Cognitive Behavioural Coach.
My approach as a CBT/DBT/Trauma Psychotherapist and Life Coach, is collaborative and client-centred.

Three words which describe my therapeutic style are: patient, non-judgemental and compassionate. I work with my clients to create an open and safe space where thoughts and feelings can be explored and shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey. I will treat you with openness, flexibility and respect. I will listen, and engage you in a non-judgemental way. My approach is based on the belief that therapy is a partnership where the goal is for the client to understand their needs while appreciating their strengths. I seek to help clients find a sense of ease through self-discovery in order to help them live their best lives. I will support you in whichever way you like online, telephone or through messaging chat to help you get through your difficulty.

My preferred therapeutic approach is Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy REBT. REBT approach is a goal-directed, holistic, evidence-based CBT model that can be applied to most types of mental and behavioural disorders. I also use integrative approaches drawing on various psychotherapeutic modalities which I am trained in where in some instances best used to treat clients presentations/difficulties.
See video explaining REBT by Dr. Grande: https://youtu.be/HOi48z4g45Q to get a better understanding of CBT/REBT approach.
