About me

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/REBT/SST/OAAT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Trauma Treatments, Working with Personality Disorders (PD) and Cognitive Behaviour Coaching. I am enhanced DBS cleared. As a CBT/DBT Psychotherapist and Life Coach, I am registered with various professional bodies for coaching, counselling and psychotherapy. I work within their strict guidelines and adhere to ethical codes and best practice. I continue to upskill myself within the Mental Health and Offending Management professsions, by undertaking regular clinical supervision and engaging in relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training. My areas of specialisms are assessment and treatment of clients who present with: Secondary Psychological Disorders and Neurodevelopment Disorders such as: Borderline Personality Disorders (BPD), Anti-Social Personality Disorders (ASPD), Offending Behavioural (OB) problems, Alcohol/Substance Use Disorders (ASD/SUD), Phobias, Trauma Disorders, PTSD, Autism, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Aspergers, ADHD and learning disability. I am clinically trained to administer both ASD and ADHD assessments (ADOS2/QB Check/Test) to children, adolescents and adults.

I am passionate about helping people and about their general well-being. I will create a safe, open and non-judgemental space for you. Your treatment will take place in a comfortable therapy room at either of our private practices - Stratford, East London or near Liverpool Street Station, and are strictly confidential. Alternatively, I can provide Skype, Zoom and telephone therapy or coaching if you prefer this treatment.
