About me

I have over 18 years of experience delivering therapy in secure settings, therapeutic communities and in the NHS.

As well as my work with BUPA , I currently work in the NHS as a senior therapist and supervisor offering group and individual interventions. I am an experienced therapist with over 18 years of delivering psychological therapies in the UK. I have worked in the private and public sectors offering short term therapy for common anxiety disorders as well as depression and trauma treatment.

I am trained in a range of therapies such as; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desenzitation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression (IPT).
