About me
I am a person centred and CBT therapist working with adults, adolescents and couples. My specialist areas include bereavement, anxiety and depression, personality disorders, OCD, low self esteem as well as many other fields. I am passionate about supporting my clients to learn new coping techniques but fundamentally it is about listening without any judgement, exploring and encouraging people.
