About me

Welcome to my page - I know it can feel overwhelming, but you have taken the first step towards looking after yourself and your emotional and psychological well-being. My name is Natasha, and I am an HCPC registered clinical psychologist working in Gateshead, Newcastle, and online. I have been working in psychology across the lifespan in the NHS and the private sector since 2007 and have a diverse range of experience.

I set up Revive so that I can offer support to those who are struggling with their mental health. Whether this be coping with trauma (single episode or more complex trauma) or generally struggling to cope with how they are feeling and managing their emotions on a day-to-day basis.

Whether these difficulties have come around suddenly or have built up over time, we know that living with these feelings can be overwhelming and impact every aspect of our daily lives - from feeling like we can't cope to impacting our relationships with ourselves and others. Just as with our physical health, we all require some support with our emotional health at times throughout our lives.

I prefer to work collaboratively with you to make sure that I can offer you the compassionate, personalised support that you may require. To do that, I am integrative in my approach which is tailored to meet your individual needs - I specialise in EMDR (NICE guidelines recommended therapy for trauma) and IIFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy.
