About me

Life does not always treat our family or us fairly. Are you or anyone you know, young person or adult, suffering from anger, anxiety, family issues, stress, low self-esteem, bereavement, panic or any other issue causing unnecessary suffering? If the answer is yes, then I can offer you a safe confidential space to explore these issues.

I am not here to offer advice or to tell you what to do. I will listen and offer non-judgemental support and let you explore different ways of dealing with the situation. Sometimes just having someone who listens to you, is enough to see a way to solve any problems. If a problem is left unsolved, it can manifest into something bigger.

I use the Humanistic, Person-Centered Approach which allows the client to lead the way. We will work together to help you find your own solutions to the issues.

If you feel you would like to work with me, feel free to call and ask questions, which I will endeavour to answer open and honestly, which would be the basis for our working relationship.

I can offer face to face or online sessions.
