About me

I am a warm, approachable and skilled therapist with many years experience of working in private practice.

I have worked with a wide range of presenting difficulties including anxiety, depression, OCD, BDD, grief and loss, relationship and parenting problems, work stress and bullying, trauma, low self-esteem.

I work in an integrated way drawing upon numerous theoretical models. I am an accredited Schema Therapist and Chartered Counselling Psychologist.
