About me

I am an Integrative Counsellor working within an integrative therapeutic model. I combine the valuable ideas and techniques developed within separate approaches to construct a therapy in which both client and therapist will be able to engage progressively in a fully collaborative process.
Counselling provides an opportunity for you to talk in a way which explores what is going on in your life and helps you to work towards change.

I am a fully accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). MBACP (Accerd)
