About me

I am Dr Georgie Taylor, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist that specialises in the psychological and emotional wellbeing of children, young people, their parents and carers.

I am passionate about helping individuals achieve positive, long-lasting change through the delivery of evidence-based psychological therapy.

I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist from the University of Exeter in 2013 and have worked in a range of NHS, Social Care, and independent mental health settings since 2003. I now work from my private practice in Cheltenham.

I am trained in multiple, effective, and evidence-based models including trauma-informed, attachment-based, systemic, and cognitive-behavioural. As such, I am well positioned to work with a range of difficulties, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, trauma, low mood, and depression.

I can effectively treat a range of difficulties in children and young people from 5 - 18 years old, their parents/carers.
