About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist providing specialist psychological assessment, therapy and consultation to a wide variety of people (Children, Young People and Adults) struggling with their emotional health and well-being.

I am passionate in supporting people to regain a sense of control back into their lives, as this is often lost when we are struggling with our mental health and well-being.

Once you agree to see me, i will support you to better understand yourself, cope with your emotional difficulties in a healthier way and most importantly help you through this difficult time so that your life can become more meaningful again.

I currently have my own private practice and am also the lead psychologist in a NHS all age eating disorders service.
