About me

I am a mature very experienced couple relationship and work psychologist.. I bring expertise and personal life experience to my professional support for people encountering anxiety or depression which is affecting their work and personal relationships as well as their own self esteem and well being. I aim to help my clients to develop confidence in handling changing life circumstances including loss and bereavement for themselves and their close attachments.
