About me

Hello, I am a Clinical psychologist and an accredited EMDR therapist. I specialise in helping people suffering from all types of trauma (including PTSD & CPTSD), anxiety, depression and low self-esteem so that they can feel better and stay better for longer. I also work with athletes at national, professional and elite levels to help them overcome their trauma and thrive in their sport.

I am trained and experienced in a variety of effective talking therapies, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I don't offer off the shelf treatments. I tailor psychological therapy to fit your unique needs and what you want to get out of your sessions with me.

I offer evidence based talking therapy within a confidential space so that together, we can explore your difficulties & make sense of them. In time you will also learn new skills and begin to make changes in the areas that are important to you.

I offer appointments online (daytime and evening) and face to face (daytime only). My therapy rooms are warm, grounding, private and discrete.
