About me
Having worked in both the NHS and private sector as a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist, I am experienced in providing specialised and evidence-based talking therapies for a range of emotional difficulties.
As a therapist, I feel passionately about providing therapies which are proven to be effective. The therapeutic treatment I provide is matched to the difficulties that a client would like to address. Every person is unique, and I offer an individualised tailor-made approach to treatment.
Having worked with individuals with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, I am experienced in working with complex, longstanding emotional and relationship difficulties, including those which may have not responded to other therapies.
My aim is to work collaboratively with clients offering a warm, trusting, non-judgemental and accepting stance. A shared approach is taken, working towards goals with the ultimate aim of providing meaningful change for clients.
