About me

I am a HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist. Since 2015, I have worked in primary and secondary mental health care, as well as inpatient services within the NHS. Currently, I work as a Senior Psychologist for Sussex Community Foundation NHS Trust providing psychological therapy for patients with long-term health conditions and practice privately in the Brighton and Hove area.

I value honesty, integrity, equality, compassion and genuine relationships. While no one has all the answers, we can work together to find solutions and help you build personal resilience and effective coping strategies.

I offer an integrative approach to therapy and draw on cognitive-therapies, including CBT, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I am interested in new and evidence-based approaches and treatments that have the potential to create fundamental changes and deliver significant improvement to your mental health.

Above all, I place importance on the quality of the therapeutic relationship and always endeavour to work in a safe, non-judgemental and empathic way. I offer individual therapy on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time.
