About me

I am a diligent and passionate psychologist with clinical experience ranging from inpatient psychiatric care to community based care in both South Africa and the United Kingdom.
My is respectful, considerate, and curious. I hold the values of being ethical, compassionate and competent in high regard during my work with clients. I am a neuroaffirmative healthcare provider.

I aim to facilitate a process that enables an exploration of your past and current experiences and concerns, without judgement, while also using the latest psychometric assessment tools and therapeutic to achieve the most helpful and accurate outcomes.

My aim is to create an assessment or therapy process in which you will gain insight and increased self-awareness and access to appropriate resources so that you may be empowered to understand and care for your mental health.

I have been certified to complete both the ADOS-2 and ADI-R assessments for Autism identification.

My therapy strengths lie in my understanding of the Ecosystemic perspective of psychology and human relational systems. I have also been rigorously trained in the Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed approaches. I use a thoughtful, integrated approach based on sound empirical and theoretical frameworks.
