About me

I am a passionate and diligent South African trained Clinical Psychologist and am registered with the HCPC in the UK, where I am based, and the HPCSA in SA. My strengths lie in my understanding of the Ecosystemic perspective of psychology and human relational systems. I have also been rigorously trained in the Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed approaches. I use a thoughtful, integrated approach based on sound empirical and theoretical frameworks.
