About me

Whether you are looking to overcome longstanding difficulties or need some support with navigating current challenges, I can help you. I am approachable, calm and reliable. I provide an effective, thoughtful and compassionate service.
My approach is trauma informed and will be based on a jointly agreed understanding of your difficulties. Our professional working relationship will provide safety and consistency to support you in making desired changes. My work is theoretically based and I integrate approaches in order to best serve individual needs.
I welcome the opportunity to engage with anyone needing psychological support and help, irrespective of their gender, sexuality, faith or cultural background.
I qualified in 1990 and have many years of experience of working in NHS mental health services and in independent practice.
