About me

I have over 15 years experience of working with adults with a variety of mental health issues. I love working with trauma, anxiety, phobias and low mood. I also specialise in working with patients who have anxiety and depression secondary to a physical health issue and specialise in adjusting and adapting to a Long Term Health condition.

I have specialist additional training in working with sleep disorders and use CBT-i.
